文字そして書を描くことは
心から思い祈ること
神と交信することを願って
私は「書」や「日本の素材のものづくり」、そして「空間演出」を通して自己の表現を試みている。そして、時と場にふさわしい美しさ「総体の美」が、私の思うところの日本なのだと考えている。
日本という時間と空間の中で紡がれてきた「精神文化」や「美の意識」を見つめながら日本人としての魂を磨き、世界へ向けて日本の美しい姿を発信していけたらと願っている。

Aspiring to communicate with gods
Through “calligraphy”, “crafts-making in Japanese materials” and “space
coordination”, I am challenging self-expression. A beauty worthy of
time and place, “the beauty of the whole”. This, I believe, is what
represents Japan.
Japan, the “spiritual culture” and “aesthetics” that its time and
space have been forming. To contemplate them to polish my spirit as
a Japanese, to convey to the world this beautiful figure of Japan,
is my aspiration.
